Orders are shipped within 48 hours from time order was placed.

- Merchandise is shipped USPS Priority Mail.
- Global Priority Mail is used for most overseas deliveries.
- Alternative carriers will be resourced on an as-needed basis.
- Unopened orders are refunded if returned and received within thirty days of shipping.
- Security Studies will cover shipping cost if a mistake on our part.
- Items received after thirty days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Opened and returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, regardless of the date received.
- Damaged or used merchandise will not be accepted unless determined Security Studies or the delivery company is responsible.
- If a customer receives merchandise previously damaged, then a replacement item will be shipped within ten days of Security Studies being notified.
- All refunds will be made within ten days of receiving the returned merchandise.
